CNH Industrial
CNH Industrial has partnered with the SES Solar Co-op for our biggest project to date. This, our 7th project, is the largest solar installation in urban Saskatchewan. We are continuing to sell shares for this 1000 solar panel installation. It is now producing power which is going directly into the CNH Industrial plant on 1000 71st Street in Saskatoon, where it is being used to produce farm equipment while reducing CNH Industrial's carbon footprint by 289 tonnes a year.
CNH Industrial is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of industrial goods, from tractors, combines and construction equipment, to trucks and buses, as well as powertrain solutions. The company has a demonstrated record of commitment to energy efficiency and sustainability in their operations. The Saskatoon plant produces planters, seeders, combine heads, cultivators and air carts under the Case IH and New Holland agricultural brands. They have been a member of the SES Solar Co-op since December 2015.
The solar array was installed by Saskatoon based MiEnergy, one of Western Canada's largest alternative energy, solar energy and geothermal energy solutions provider.
