Our Governance
Our Co-op is guided by a volunteer Board made up of community builders, business leaders, and sustainable energy champions. Together, they help shape our vision and ensure we stay true to our values. Our members nominate board members to serve three-year terms, with two positions appointed by the Saskatchewan Environmental Society.
Every member has an equal voice: one vote at our Annual General Meeting, regardless of the number of shares they own.
